Booking Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once the €100 booking fee has been paid and the required booking details have been agreed upon.

• The booking fee is non-refundable and is deducted from the total price of the shoot.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot, before the session begins, by bank transfer.

• Your selected package, including the number of final edited images and any agreed extras, will be confirmed before the shoot.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• A booking may be rescheduled up to two times, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled shoot. The booking fee will be carried over to the new date.

• If you cancel your booking, the €100 booking fee is non-refundable.

• Any new date is subject to availability.

Weather & Outdoor Shoots

• Outdoor shoots are naturally dependent on suitable weather conditions.

• If the weather is unsuitable for the planned shoot, the session can be rescheduled without losing the booking fee.

• Weather-related decisions will be made as close to the shoot as reasonably possible.

The Shoot

• Each shoot is planned around an agreed concept, moodboard or general creative direction. Outfits, mood and the overall direction of the shoot will be discussed before the session.

• I provide creative direction and posing guidance throughout the session.

• Professional hair and makeup is recommended for the best possible results and to ensure the overall look complements the concept.

• Please arrive ready to shoot at the agreed time. Significant delays may reduce the available shooting time.

• For studio sessions, the studio rental is included where stated in the package. Additional studio time requested after booking may incur an additional charge.

Image Selection & Delivery

• The number of final edited images included depends on the package selected.

• Within 5 business days after the shoot, you will receive an online proof gallery containing approximately 100–150 selected images from the session.

• The proof gallery contains a curated selection of images from the shoot. Not every photograph taken during the session will be included.

• Proof images are for selection purposes only and may not be screenshotted, downloaded, copied, shared or distributed in any form.

• The selected images included in your package will be fully retouched and delivered to you.

• Final images are delivered digitally within 3 weeks after your image selection has been submitted.

• Additional images or retouching beyond the selected package can be purchased separately where available.

Retouching

• Included retouching covers professional colour and exposure correction, skin cleanup, removal of temporary blemishes, stray hair cleanup and other adjustments appropriate to the final image.

• Retouching is intended to enhance the image while keeping the subject natural and recognisable.

• Extensive alterations such as major body reshaping, extensive object removal or complex background manipulation are not included unless specifically agreed beforehand.

Image Rights & Usage

• Copyright of the photographs remains with the photographer.

• You receive permission to use the final delivered images for personal promotion, social media, portfolios, modelling profiles and similar self-promotional purposes.

• Commercial use, paid advertising, resale, licensing to brands or other commercial purposes requires prior written agreement.

• The delivered images may not be substantially altered, filtered or edited in a way that changes the intended appearance

• Unless otherwise agreed, I retain the right to use images from the shoot for my portfolio, website, social media, advertising and other self-promotional purposes.

Privacy & Confidentiality

• If you require the images to remain private and not be published by the photographer, this must be agreed before the shoot.

Responsibility

• You are responsible for communicating any relevant requirements, restrictions or concerns before the shoot.

• You are responsible for arriving on time and being prepared for the agreed shoot.

• For models under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide the required consent
